CNBC/Fox News segment on Bill Gates’ geoengineering (weather manipulation): spraying “calcium carbonate” (other metals not mentioned) at high altitudes (nobody agreed on this) to block the sun.

Since WW2, the U.S. govt. has been able to manipulate the weather.🌧️ By the 60s, we could control & even weaponize it.
